Given to me, I would concentrate on "Continuing to educate" myself of the trends that are taking place around me for being updated and knowing more is a must for just about every industry. We live in an ever-changing world, meaning that what works today may not work as well tomorrow. For as technology like AI and other improvements are integrated into one's company’s mainframe, employees will need to learn how to adapt to the changes. This provides opportunities for both internal experts and outside consultants to offer training on these advancements.
